Unbeatable value. I know a lot of businesses claim to say this, but I'd say this is the real deal. The service is superb, very attentive and highly responsive, they can deliver and pickup your rental too. Cars are clean, well maintained and in good standing. This is a small business who punch way above their weight, who are trying to earn your custom. Language and miscommunication is nonexistant. Always courteous and going beyond the call of service. Definitely give them a go?

Badly maintained cars. Staff poor English and poor communication. Always delays. Hidden fees. Very unprofessional and rude. Not recommended.

Very good experience with Best Value in Al Barsha South. Quick and easy booking via WhatsApp or phone. The vehicle was delivered and picked up directly from my hotel, which was very convenient and professional. A deposit is available in cash or by card (credit or debit accepted), which offers real flexibility. The rates are attractive, especially for a multi-day rental; the toll (Salik) and parking fees were deducted from the remaining fuel I had left in the vehicle. The only downside: there's a 2.5% fee when paying by credit card, so be prepared if you're not paying in cash. I recommend them for their reliability, availability, and excellent value for money.

Very nice and convenient. They brought the car to our hotel even though we didn't pay yet. The car was a great 2022 compact car. The staff were friendly as well. We still haven't received the deposit fees back into the credit card, however, I will edit the review as soon as I do. Update: I have recieved the deposit fees after around 45 days of rental. I will definitely rent from them again.
