Car Rental—Terms & Conditions
1. Driver Requirements
To rent with us, drivers must be at least 21 years old. If you’re under 25, a young driver fee may apply.
2. License Validity
A valid driving license held for at least 1 year is required. International guests may need an International Driving Permit (IDP).
3. Security Deposit
A fully refundable security deposit is required when you receive your vehicle. It’s returned promptly after the rental ends.
4. Daily Mileage Allowance
Each rental includes a generous daily mileage limit. Need more? No worries—additional KMs are charged at a minimal rate.
5. Fuel Policy
We deliver the car with fuel—and kindly ask it’s returned at the same level. Fuel charges may apply if returned low.
6. Salik & Fines
Toll (Salik) charges, parking fees, and traffic fines are billed separately with admin charges. We’ll provide a full breakdown for transparency.
7. Insurance Coverage
All vehicles come with basic insurance. For extra peace of mind, full coverage options are available at attractive rates.
8. Return Timing
Planning to return the car early or running a little late? Just let us know. Late returns may incur additional charges.
9. In Case of Accidents
Please report any accident immediately and obtain a police report. This is required for any insurance claim processing.
10. Vehicle Use
Vehicles are for regular road use only. Off-road driving, racing, or cross-border trips require prior written approval.
11. Offers & Promotions
- All promotional offers are valid for a limited time and subject to availability.
- Only one offer or promotion can be applied per booking.
- Promotional terms may differ from regular rental terms, and could affect mileage allowance, admin fees, and included services.
- Specific conditions will be clearly communicated when booking under any offer.

We encourage buyers to inspect vehicles or bring a trusted mechanic. We’re confident in our cars and happy to assist.
2. Payment Process

Once payment is complete, we’ll guide you smoothly through the registration and ownership transfer process.
4. Warranty Options
Selected vehicles come with a limited warranty for added peace of mind. Details vary by model—please ask.
5. Registration & Insurance
We’re happy to assist with registration and insurance. Any associated costs will be clearly stated in advance.
6. Refund Policy
Sales are final upon payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We’ll always be fair and transparent.
7. Vehicle Condition
All cars are sold as-seen, and we’re upfront about every detail. Ask us for a full vehicle condition report.
8. Service History
When available, we’re glad to provide service history records to help you make an informed decision.
9. Taxes & Fees
All applicable VAT and admin fees will be included in your final invoice—no surprises!
