Is A Monthly Car Rental Service Available For 3 Months Or More In Dubai?
Drivers must be at least 21 years old. A young driver surcharge may apply for those under 25.
What documents do I need to rent a car?
You’ll need a valid driving license (held for at least 1 year), Emirates ID or passport, and a credit/debit card for the deposit.
Do you accept international licenses?
Yes, we do. If you’re a visitor, your home country license is accepted, but some nationalities may also require an International Driving Permit (IDP).
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, a refundable deposit is required. The amount depends on the vehicle type and is returned after the rental period (usually within 15–21 days, depending on fines and tolls).
What’s included in the rental price?
Comprehensive insurance, mileage allowance (mentioned in rental agreement), and 24X7 road assistance. Extras like CDW/full insurance, additional drivers, or GPS are optional.
What happens if I exceed the mileage limit?
Extra kilometres are charged as per the rate mentioned in your rental agreement.
Can I return the car late or early?
You can—but please notify us in advance. Late returns may incur additional charges. Early returns do not usually qualify for refunds.
Are there any toll (Salik), parking, or traffic fines?
Yes, all such charges during your rental are billed separately to you with full transparency; small admin charges apply.
Can I take the car to another emirate or country?
Yes, within the UAE. Cross-border trips (e.g. to Oman) need special approval and additional insurance.

Stay safe, call the police, and get a report. Inform us immediately—we’ll handle the rest.
